Samuel Kelsall V is managing partner and founder of Kelsall Legal Solutions PC. With nearly 30 years of experience, he handles the full spectrum of legal issues pertaining to business, real estate, and estate planning matters. In addition, he resolves cases involving elder abuse, bankruptcy, and personal injury.

He approaches each case by looking at the entire situation. In this way, he identifies any areas of concern and is able to develop a custom, strategic plan to resolve the matter with the maximum benefit to the client, their family, and their business.

Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Riverside with a major in Psychology. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she was awarded with a Dean’s List recognition. During her time at Thomas Jefferson, Stephanie was a member of Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity and completed a study abroad Summer program in Nice, France.

Stephanie passed the bar exam in 2015 and gained legal experience in the fields of personal injury and family law. Stephanie became a part of Kelsall Legal Solutions PC in September 2018 as an associate attorney in the firm focusing on civil and probate litigation and family law matters.

In her spare time, Stephanie loves to travel, read, engage in outdoor activities such as camping and hiking, and spend time with family.

Kim was born and raised in a small town in South Dakota where she also obtained her BS in Social Sciences from Black Hills State University. In 2004, Kim relocated to California and worked in accounting for several years. After about four years of working in homeowner association collections for a local HOA management company she went back to school to change career paths to the legal field and received her Paralegal Certificate in 2015 from Coastline Community College.

Kim began focusing her attention on estate planning in early 2015 and joined Kelsall Legal Solutions PC in 2017 working out of the Laguna Hills office. Her primary focus is handling estate planning, trust administration and probate matters.

In Kim’s spare time, she serves as president of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 555 in Midway City aiding children and veterans causes through the American Legion family. Kim also loves listening to music, watching movies and sporting events, and reading for relaxation.

Lindsay was born and raised in Southern California. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego. During law school, Lindsay worked as a Paralegal at an Employment Labor Law firm in La Jolla, California. She was awarded Best Oral Advocate and Dean’s List recognition. Lindsay lives in Carlsbad, California with her dog. She enjoys watching baking shows, exploring beaches, and photography.

Lucinne graduated in 2018 from University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology, Law and Society. Upon graduation she accepted her first job out of college working as a Paralegal for a Civil Law Firm in Carlsbad. After a year at the firm, she realized she wanted to relocate to a smaller firm with more client interactions since she is very personable and loves working closely with people. In February 2020, she became part of Kelsall Legal Solutions PC as a Paralegal. Lucinne is motivated to continue to grow and expand her knowledge in the legal field.

In her spare time, Lucinne loves to go to the gym, do yoga, play tennis, go on hikes with her dog, play volleyball, and travel. She loves to stay active and stay in shape.

Karen moved to California from Clayton, New York in May of 2019 to live closer to her family and get away from long, cold winters. Karen has over seven (7) years’ experience as a legal assistant and over twenty (20) years’ experience in general administration. She joined Kelsall Legal Solutions PC in July 2019 as an Administrative Assistant.

Currently, Karen works out of the Carlsbad office with her main focus consisting of drafting and preparing all documents related to Estate Planning matters. Whether it is conferring with the client directly or consulting with Mr. Samuel Kelsall, Karen excels at making sure the goals for each client are met and ensuring that the client’s legacy and lifetime of hard work is safe and in proper order at the time of their passing.

When Karen is not at work, she enjoys being outdoors in the California sunshine and spending as much time as she can with her children and awesome grandchildren.

Betty was born in Anthony, NM and raised in Phoenix, AZ. At the age of thirteen, her family moved to Roswell, NM, where Betty lived and raised a family with her former high school sweetheart. Betty majored in Paralegal Studies in college and graduated in 1998, becoming the first in her family to graduate from college. She built her career there with the best attorneys in her community.

Betty participated in an internship with Marcy Beyer in Family Law for one semester and became an Advocate for CASA for abused and sexually molested children. There, she was taught by her mentor Mrs. Phil Wilson and her husband William. Betty’s mentors inspired her to look at the legal profession with a heart of compassion for clients rather than solely focusing on just the practice of law. Betty was taught to look past creed, color, and origin and to develop a true passion for assisting clients.

Betty’s experience in the legal field has provided her with a vast wealth of knowledge in both the law and in life. She currently resides in the beautiful city of Vista, California, where she enjoys the sunshine and going to the beach with her boyfriend.

Andrea joined Kelsall Legal Solutions PC in January 2020 as the administrative assistant for our Oceanside office.

She brings with her over fifteen (15) years’ administrative experience. In this position, she provides administrative support to Attorney Samuel Kelsall and Attorney Stephanie Wong. In addition to her administrative duties, Andrea’s tasks also include the receptionist duties in the office. She is the warm, friendly voice who answers the phone or greets you with a smile when you come in.

In her free time Andrea loves spending time with her family who she is very close to, especially her Grandchildren. Andrea also loves spending time at the beach, crocheting and learning how to write calligraphy.
